This policy explains what Helix Marketing System LLC collects when you use helixmarketingsystem.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We collect as little as we can get away with.

What we collect

• Enquiry details. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company, and whatever you write in the message.
• Order details. When you pay through our checkout we receive an order reference, the amount, the currency, and the email address you enter at checkout.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider logs standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps, for security and reliability.

What we do not collect

We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code. Card details are entered on Stripe's own hosted checkout page and are handled entirely by Stripe. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to deliver and support services you have purchased, to process payments and issue receipts, to keep records required by tax and accounting law, and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing.
• Resend — delivery of contact-form email.
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

Each of these processes data on our behalf under its own terms, and only to the extent needed to provide its service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to twenty-four months. Transaction records are kept for seven years, because tax law requires it. Server logs are kept for up to ninety days.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may set cookies strictly necessary to process your payment and to prevent fraud during checkout.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email privacy@helixmarketingsystem.com and we will respond within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit with TLS. Access to systems holding personal information is limited to people who need it to do their jobs.

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
